Our client are a well-established IT Managed Services Provider with offices based in Calderdale & Kirklees.
We are recruiting for an 1st line IT Technician to support the growth of our existing team. The candidate will provide 1st line support to external clients. Consisting of IT technical support, system installation, monitoring, maintenance and other technical duties related to the direct delivery functions of the business.

Roles and responsibilities include:
·Dealing with 1st/2nd Line support calls for a range of clients
·Call management and escalating technical issues when necessary
·Providing on-site and remote installations
·Resolving customer issues via telephone or via remote management software
·Installation, service and support of IT Infrastructures
Working hours:
·Normal working hours – shifts between 08:00am – 18:00pm Mon – Friday
·Out of hours support – on call rota 24/7 support
