We are working with a fantastic Managed Service Provider who is currently looking for a great 1st liner to join one of their customers’ IT Team, based in the heart of Canary Wharf. This is a great opportunity for someone with a view to move into a 2nd line / Desktop Support position.
Minimum requirement is 2+ years’ work experience in IT. Excellent communication skills, eye for quality. Good qualifications, and someone who is working towards and willing to take on 2nd line support tasks, but all applications considered.
Essential Experience & skills:
– Must to have working experience of Microsoft 365 and Windows 10
– Active Directory
– Previous Service Desk or Deskside Support Experience
– Remote End User Support via Citrix or Remote Control Tools
– IT literate and knowledge of networked IT infrastructures
– Excellent communication skills
– A positive outlook and a “can do attitude”
– Previous experience in a similar role
