Vertex IT Solutions is working with a Global Financial Services Organisation in sourcing an EMEA sales administrator / Lead Generator. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial background and a successful track record of lead generation working in cooperates.

Job Duties:

– Processing new contracts
– Setting up a process to manage the issuance of financial and tax documentation to clients to expedite the payment of invoices
– Assisting Account Managers with admin for renewals; this will involve liaising both internally and externally to gather relevant documentation
– Reviewing existing contract database to identify where paperwork is missing / unsigned and working with Account Managers and Clients to rectify
– Liaising between Account Managers and Finance for aged debt issues, invoice queries and helping to manage the annual CPI increase process
– Monitoring and tracking client usage declarations and liaising with Billing to ensure accurate invoicing
– Assisting Account Managers with the setting up and monitoring of trials
– Logging and monitoring any cancellations; ensuring communication with Finance and Billing and managing the termination and removal of associated services
– Working with Account Managers to create detailed client overviews, mapping sales and usage trends over time and helping to identify any opportunities and threats
– Ensuring that the EMEA sales pipeline is get up-to-date and is accurate (Salesforce)
