RPA Consultant

A leading global consultancy is in need for an RPA Consultant who speaks English and French to support the journey of their client.

Required Skills
 
•Customer-facing Personality, self-motivated and result oriented
•User centric mindset, pro-active and ability to take ownership
•Knowledge and understanding of Automation, RPA, OCR etc. topics
•Excellent communication skills with ability to work with offshore teams in India
•Ability to lead business requirement discussions, document user stories and help technical team understand the user requirements
•Well versed with MS Office suite, project management skills
 
Experience
 
•6+ years in IT industry or other industrial domains
•Relevant experience working as Business Analyst
•Experience of at least 2 full cycle process automation projects
•Experience in Agile execution methodology
•Prior experience in manufacturing domain and process automation is a plus
 
Roles & Responsibility
 
•Conduct and lead client discussions, workshops in French
•Listing down business functional and technical requirements
•Segment and prioritize requirements into Sprints
•Help technical teams structure and detail out the requirements into technical requirements document
•Ensure that requirements are being developed as per business needs and help build user acceptance criteria and test cases for the end users
•Conceptualize the navigation flows and process for the digital application leveraging design thinking principles
•Help team to execute functional test cases for the requirements
•Engage stakeholders on regular basis to enhance the requirements further and prioritize them for the dev team
•Attend periodic discussions/meetings to discuss the requirements and clarify any functional doubts that tech. team has
