Senior Manager, Intelligent Automation Lead

Role Purpose
Work in partnership with two other Intelligent Automation Leads to identify and automate processes / customer journeys using, technologies such RPA, Cognitive, Chat Bots and Voice Bots.

Key Accountabilities
·Complete Automation Assessments across all the organisations functions to identify processes / journey’s suitable for Intelligent Automation
·Lead on taking suitable processes through the Automation Development Life Cycle
·Ensure all automation development adheres to the approved Governance Model
·Lead on process re-engineering to enable automation  
·Support with the development of additional automation business cases
·Ensure benefits are defined and realised in line with defined automation business cases
·Continuously improve the Automation Development Life Cycle and Governance Model

Skills and Experience

·Able to influence at Executive/SLT level
·Strong Process Improvement background
·Able to develop innovate automation ideas and turn them into viable solutions
·Able to implement solutions and quickly overcome barriers to deliver tangible benefits  
·Strong leadership and stakeholder management


·IT/change background
·Experience with applying Lean principles
·Strong financial acumen
·Working knowledge of Microsoft Bot Framework and Live Persons Customer Engagement Platform
·Working knowledge of latest IA technologies
·Credit Card/Financial Services industry experience and proven capability of delivering in this industry
