Senior Project Leader

We are working closely with a leading manufacturing company which i looking for a Senior Project Leader to work on a permanent basis in their Newark office. They are looking for a tenacious Individual who has a “can do” attitude and has career progression in mind. The right fit will be someone who has come from a solid IT background.
 
Skills & Knowledge
 
·Has the ability to discuss and negotiate ICT deliverables with senior business managers.
·Has the ability to understand the business needs and to see how these may be met by own skill set and has the ability to converse strategically with other colleagues about alternatives.
·Design skills to create and implement high resilience on-line and batch applications, reporting solutions and management information.
·Good presentation skills.
·Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers and at all levels.
·Strong interpersonal skills, tenacity, persuasion, negotiation, assertiveness, numerate and analytical.
 
Experience
 
-Significant commercial development experience (analysis, design, coding & implementation)
-Solid  project management experience (encompassing Project Management Methodologies, such as PMP or Prince2).
-Solid business and influencing skills.
