The role of Strategic Account Coordinator is to ensure that priority clients’ accounts are monitored and managed effectively, ensuring SLA’s and KPI’s are consistently achieved and customers receive a high level dedicated service.
 
Responsibilities:
 
 
oMonitoring and maintaining of bespoke customer portals/incoming service requests Logging service calls on internal systems
 
 
oLiaising with internal departments and external suppliers Liaising with customers contacts
 
 
oCreating and running regular and ad-hoc reports in excel Analysing and challenging monthly performance data
 
 
 
Skills and Experience:
 
Core Competencies
 
 
 
·Experience in integrating with Client bespoke Service Desk systems (desirable but not essential)
·Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal colleagues and external customers
·Ability and willingness to learn, develop and continuously improve High level of accuracy and attention to detail

·Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
 
·Ability to work under pressure and meet SLAs
