We are passionate advocates for women in technology here at Vertex and set out to drive change in the IT industry. Therefore we have surveyed over 100 women, gaining detailed and valuable responses and insights into the current IT industry. A number of those responders even volunteered to be guest bloggers, giving us an even more detailed account of their career through the technology industry.

It was clear from our results that the majority of women who completed our survey got into technology due to passion, this is always the best driver for any career.
